Happy New Year and we say Welcome to the Year 2017.  Wow so many times we get wrapped up in the setting of resolutions that we forget to do them.  Here at Carpet Care Plus we try not to over size the resolutions but make them obtainable goals.  

Our resolutions for 2017 are;

1. Provide you the customer the most outstanding service experience for all your carpet , upholstery and rug cleaning.

2. Treat every customer like we would want to be treated.

3. Work toward individual goals of improving our abilities to remove stains, provide customer service and don’t forget your own health.

Yes, I know we didn’t put any measurable goals on this list.  None of these can be tracked in numerical fashion however, we can track them by the reviews left for us, the calls we receive from happy customers and most of all the repeat business we receive from you.

Please feel free to provide us feedback on how well we obtained these goals during your cleaning on our web site, Yelp, Google and all other web review sites.  But,  if you ever have a question about our service, please give me a call personally and I will ensure we address the issue and make a correction.
