It occurred to me the other day that in reality we are fiber care experts and just not carpet cleaners. We spend a majority of our time on determining what type of fiber we are trying to clean and using this information to determine best cleaning solutions. We just don’t show up and jump into the cleaning no, we first use judgement, and testing of a spot to determine what the ph level is and use that information to remove the spot or just to clean.

We deal with fibers from carpet, area rugs, boats, autos, trucks and most definitely furniture. How old the fiber is what it is made up of all determine the method of cleaning and drying needed . So now just call us your friend in the fiber world.
