Wow, we just reviewed our numbers for 2010 and realized, we cleaned over 3000 steps for the year! Steps receive the most activity in a home and especially when you have small children, the constant up and down can really wear on those fibers. We have found that the only way to make the carpets on your steps last is, clean them on a regular basis. Another good tip is, reapply Scotch Guard after every cleaning.
