Larry McQueen

Owner/Master Rug Cleaner

Larry has been the owner of Carpet Care Plus since 2001 after he retired after 20 yrs in the Air Force. He is an IICRC Certified Technician and also recognized by the Wools of New Zealand as a Wool Care Specialist. Larry loves cleaning oriental rugs and spends many hours of training perfecting his craft. His favorite part of rug cleaning is being able to restore a rug back to it's original beauty. He's also learned that every rug has a story..

Random fun fact: Larry thinks he's quite the master at growing tomatoes and has a burning desire to play in the World Series of Poker some day.

Robin McQueen

Co-Owner/Office Manager/Rug Repair Specialist

Robin is the co-owner and office manager of Carpet Care Plus. She'll be happy to help you with all the information you'll need regarding the cleaning of your carpets, rugs and upholstery. She is also the on site, oriental rug repair specialist. She can repair your damaged, handmade rugs and restore them back to their original beauty so that they will last for many more years to come. Additionally, if you prefer to have carpeting remnants finished into an area rug she can also bind or serge the edges to give it that finishing touch.

Random fun fact: Robin is pretty crafty and is lovingly referred to as Aunt Martha Stewart.

Matt McQueen

Carpet Care Specialist

Matt is an IICRC Certified Technician and has been a member of Carpet Care Plus since 2002. Matt's favorite challenge is spot removal. Matt learns the origin of a spot and works his magic it till it disappears. .

Random fun fact: Matt loves his white flowing hair. We never know what type of style he'll be sporting next.

Joe McQueen

Master Rug Cleaner

Joe is an IICRC Certified Technician and has been a member of Carpet Care Plus since 2003. Joe's favorite piece of equipment is our Hydromaster hand tool. He says it's like having a handheld washing machine for your furniture. He enjoys the first couple of passes in the job where you can tell quite an improvement and that everyone will be happy with the outcome.

Random fun fact: Although Joe is tall, his nickname is T- Rex as his arms are short. But not too short to get the job done right.

Aletha Meyer

Repair Specialist

Althea is our newest member of the Carpet Care Plus team. She assists with hand made oriental rug repair, and is excellent at her craft. She also does serging and resizing of area rugs. One day she may even design her own rug. .

Random fun fact: Althea is a walking encyclopedia of random information. Some useful, some not so useful. If you don't know, ask her, she just may have the answer!

In our industry we have certification through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification

Our firm has met the requirements to be IICRC Certified. To do this we must, among other things:

Present accurate information to consumers and conduct business with honesty and integrity.
Have a technician on all jobs who has been formally trained and passed all required tests.
Have a continuing education program to keep our technicians up-to-date on the latest changes in the industry.
Maintain liability insurance to protect you in the event of an accident.
Maintain a written complaint policy and agree to Better Business Bureau or similar arbitration to resolve disputes, and accept the conclusions and recommendations of arbitration.
