Wow! It’s hard to believe 15 years have come and gone since we first started Carpet Care Plus out of my own garage in O’Fallon IL.  Time flies when you put your full devotion and efforts into a business that you believe in and work every day to make better.  We have served the entire Metro East in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Area Rug Cleaning and now even area rug repair. We handle both your residential and commercial needs and with a full service shop we can also do onsite furniture, vehicles and recreation vehicles you may have and need cleaned.  Over the years we have changed only in looks and uniforms but not, in the value we place on ensuring all of our customers receive the most outstanding carpet cleaning experience.

We are so proud to be still cleaning and really excited about adding the area rug cleaning service especially because, we have the only dedicated area rug cleaning plant in the Metro East with two certified Master Rug Cleaners on staff.  We also have two trained and certified rug repair specialist to mend any type of rug you may have.  We love to look at your floor art as we call it and bring it back to life for you to enjoy for years to come.  We can even bind your remnant pieces of carpet with our NC Serging Machine and NC Binding Machine.  We strive to be your go to for all your area rug needs and we can even tell you where your rug was made and a value on the open market.

I am very proud to share this business adventure with my family, especially my wife of 33 years Robin. She has been there through the good, bad and ugly and always as a co-owner making this business 100 percent better.  We are still young in the business world at 15 years but, we work twice as hard to ensure we meet our mission statement, yearly goals, and most of all continue to provide all of our customers big and small with the “Most Outstanding Carpet Cleaning Experience”.  Thank You to all of our team members and especially You the Customer for your business and support.  Happy Anniversary to Us and we look forward to another 15 years of business.
